"Afternoon Delight captures a moment of pure pleasure, transporting you to a Parisian café where the comforting scent of freshly baked madeleines floats.

A gourmet Amber fragrance, both soft and light, which deliciously evokes these moments of small pleasure. At the heart of the fragrance is a Madeleine accord, giving Afternoon Delight an enveloping sensation; an invitation to take a break where everyday life fades away. This accord blends with the creamy and woody notes of Sandalwood, cradled by the delicate sweetness of Madagascar Vanilla.

A perfume that captures the very essence of a moment suspended, to oneself. To compose Afternoon Delight, master perfumer Carlos Benaïm sought to recreate the emotion so well described by Marcel Proust in “In Search of Lost Time” (1913).

The narrator, tasting a madeleine dipped in tea, finds himself transported back to his childhood. The madeleine has since become the symbol of these breaks where we immerse ourselves in the memory of a fleeting sweetness. Afternoon Delight captures this delicious moment in an olfactory creation that is both artistic and refined."
