How to apply it?

Apply the new Hydra Zen Cream to clean skin, after using the Advanced Génifique Serum.

1. Take a dab of cream and heat it in the palm of your hand. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into your hands 3 times. Apply and smooth over the entire face.

2. Using your index finger, make smoothing movements from the inside to the outside of your face, lightly pressing your skin at the end of the gesture. Start at the jaw and then move up to the forehead, passing through the mouth, nose and eyebrows. Repeat 3 times.

3. Finish on the neck and décolleté by gently smoothing from bottom to top. Repeat 3 times.

4. For greater relaxation: close your eyes and apply light pressure to your skin, using the pads of your fingers, from the middle of your face outwards. Start from the forehead and work down to the chin. Repeat 3 times.
