Soak a cotton pad with toner and gently pass it over the face, neck and décolleté. With hands – this gentle method, ideal for sensitive skin, is known to increase the absorption and effectiveness of product ingredients and stimulate blood circulation for glowing skin. Pour a dab of formula into your hand, distribute it evenly over both hands, then gently pat the formula onto the face, neck and décolleté until it is absorbed. No rinsing is necessary - skin will not be sticky, oily or shiny.
