Created by perfumer Céline Ellena, Figuier Noir is a fragrance dedicated to the hearts of men, a reassuring and elegant but at the same time contradictory olfactory combination.

Figuier Noir is a synergy of saps to reach the inaccessible star, a combination of wood, to emphasize sincerity, an intertwining of roots, to anchor the signature, exquisite spices and the black pulp of figs, to draw the trail.

"I was lucky enough to live in the countryside in the Grasse region where I had plenty of time to contemplate the passing of time and thus welcome the arrival of fine weather.From the first warm days, the fig trees exude a bitter and sensual, harsh and voluptuous perfume from their entire tree bodies. reassuring and elegant olfactory, yet so contradictory, that the idea came to me to write a men's perfume. Sitting in the shade of the black fig tree whose gnarled branches hugged me like long sensitive arms, refreshed by the caress of the wind gently crumpling above my head the leaves so large that they reminded me of the hands of a giant, I guessed beyond the bark, the soft, soothing pulsation of the sap. Nose outstretched, hands abandoned to the ground, eyes closed, I let myself be carried away by the waves of contrary but disturbing scents. Numb and blissful, I immediately returned to my workshop so as not to lose any of my fickle harvest and, in front of my scales, I formulated a brief series of fragrant ingredients.
