CREATION

Created in 2010 by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena, Voyage d’Hermès is an invitation to discovery, meeting and sharing. The composition, equally at home in both masculine and feminine styles, recounts the deep and original relationship that the house has with travel.

OLFACTORY NOTES

Woody and fresh, Voyage d’Hermès eau de toilette combines the vigor of juniper berry with the power of cedar.

THE OBJECT

Designer Philippe Mouquet has created a nomadic bottle, designed for travel. A singular object, it is inspired by a pocket magnifying glass found randomly along the paths. The emblematic saddle nail becomes the point of balance of the bottle and the axis of its movements.

ETHICS

The bottle is filled using the 125 ml eau de toilette refill. A responsible gesture, inseparable from an object created to last.

THE HERMÈS DETAIL

Since the founding by Thierry Hermès of a harness and saddle factory in Paris in 1837, Hermès has been the architect of the movement and accompanies the journey. This theme inspires creation and animates the culture of the house. “An invitation to discovery, to encounter, to sharing. » Jean-Claude Ellena Nourished by imagination, Voyage d’Hermès expresses the deep and original relationship that the house maintains with travel.

Plays of paradoxes, complements and new alliances serve the purpose of a fresh, musky, familiar and surprising woodiness, between momentum and comfort, equally at ease in the masculine and feminine. Philippe Mouquet, designer for Hermès, created a nomadic bottle-object for Voyage d'Hermès, designed for travel and a messenger of movement.
