Chopard

Chopard is a completely independent family business founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard. Paul-André Chopard was the last watchmaker of the Chopard family. He had to sell the company in 1963 to Karl Scheufele. However, he contributed to it until his death in 1968.

The Scheufele family has been able to offer the company a consistent developer that has given it prestigious international renown, particularly in the manufacture luxury watches and jewelry for which it is one of the Big Names.
